Do I need a card to start?

No. Every account gets 3 free thumbnail audits each month (Eastern Time calendar month) plus 1 free improved-version audit per thumbnail.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Free monthly audits are always used first, so your credits go further.

What is the Audit Credit Pack?

A one-time $5 purchase that adds 10 thumbnail audits. Pack audits never expire, work on any plan, and can only be used for thumbnail audits, not the generators.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Plans & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid features until then.

What happens if I upgrade from Standard to Pro?

The upgrade is prorated and your credits are topped up to 20,000 right away.
